Our office is in Monterey, and most of our clients are on the Peninsula. Plenty of the work happens remotely. Some of it doesn't, though, because certain problems need a person standing in the server closet with a flashlight, so we keep on-site coverage to towns we can reach in reasonable time.
Monterey Peninsula
Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach, Seaside, Del Rey Oaks, and Marina. These are short drives from our office.
Buildings near the water have their own quirks. Salt air gets into network closets and corrodes connectors. Old plaster walls downtown and along Cannery Row swallow Wi-Fi signal.
Salinas Valley and North County
Salinas, Castroville, and Carmel Valley. Ag offices and rural sites often have exactly one internet provider, and when it drops, the whole operation stops. A lot of our work out here is backup connections.
San Benito County
Hollister, San Juan Bautista, Ridgemark, and Tres Pinos, with the same remote support and on-site visits the Peninsula gets.
Santa Cruz County
Watsonville, including the growers and packing houses around it, plus Freedom and La Selva Beach. Farther up the coast we cover Aptos, Capitola, Soquel, Santa Cruz, and Scotts Valley. Up in the Santa Cruz Mountains, the San Lorenzo Valley towns of Felton, Ben Lomond, and Boulder Creek get on-site visits too.
If your town isn't on this page, call (831) 649-5050. Remote support works anywhere, and we'll be honest with you about how quickly someone could get there in person.
